We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience for our diverse clientele in English and Spanish. You will act as a bridge between the company and our customers, utilizing your language skills to deliver exceptional service and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person in both English and Spanish.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal departments and providing accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold the company’s policies and ensure compliance with service standards.
- Assist with translations of documents, communications, or marketing materials as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 Months of customer service or related experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office applications.
