$20 per hour plus commission 
Location: Bartow, FL (On-Site Only)
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
 Employment Type: Full-Time
 
We are seeking a top-notch, talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive growth across both established and open territories within our Dealer and National Account channels. This role focuses exclusively on outbound outreach and inside sales activities, helping us expand our presence and strengthen relationships with prospective dealers, and national retail partners.
The SDR is responsible for building pipeline, generating qualified opportunities, and supporting early-stage sales efforts with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling, emailing, and targeted outreach to generate new dealer and national account opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential dealers, showrooms, and national account locations in key markets.
  • Engage decision-makers to introduce product offerings, highlight program benefits, and assess needs.
  • Qualify leads using established criteria to determine fit and readiness.
  • Schedule introductory meetings, consultations, or product discussions for the Dealer & National Accounts teams.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, pricing sheets, configurations, and sales documentation.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain clean and organized activity logs, notes, and pipeline progress.
  • Provide regular reporting on outbound performance, pipeline growth, and market insights.
  • Support outbound campaigns, product launches, and targeted initiatives.
  • Share market feedback to enhance targeting strategies and product positioning.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture outbound-generated leads.
  • Represent the company with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of SDR, inside sales, business development, dealer sales, or outbound calling experience.
  • Cabinetry, millwork, home improvement, or building materials industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with 2020 Design software preferred (knowledge of cabinet configurations, layouts is a plus).
  • Strong outbound communication skills with the confidence to initiate conversations.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and time management.
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, outreach-focused environment.
  • Detail-oriented when preparing quotes and completing sales documentation.
