Night Shift Selector - Lakeland - 30918055

 Temp-possible perm position. The Night Shift Selector is accountable for order pulling and/or loading trucks. MUST be flexible to do both positions and additional duties as assigned.

  •Labor Intense Position

   •Working in receiving area
   •MUST have prior experience working in fast paced environment
   •NO set hours - must be flexible to work 12+ hour shift
   •Must be able to stand the entire shift
   •Must have outstanding attendance
   •Work in a non-climate-controlled environment. (Will be very hot during the summer and cold in the winter)
   •Work 4 hours, or longer, without a break
   •Lift 50-75 pounds consistently for 12 or more hours a night. This is an extremely physical position that requires stamina and endurance. If you do not feel you are capable of this, this may not be the position for you.
