A little Yin and Restorative with Jenny- Join us to settle in with yummy Yin poses and stay awhile. This allows for a deep stretch and where we work on fascia within the body This class is for EVERY body, and level- all taught with suggestions on how to utilize props and modifications within your practice. We will then transition into restorative poses to unwind mid-week. Take a breath and settle in for an extended Savasana with an added tray of Jenny's singing bowls to her paid in clearing the mind! This practice was structured to lower our cortisol levels through the restorative poses and meditation(guided or self guided).
