Come on out to CrossFit Plant City for a fun, beginner-friendly workout!
The first Saturday of the month is free and open to the public. Parents: kids 10 and up are welcome so bring them along and workout as a family! Workouts will often be for partners or teams so bring a friend! :-)
**Children must have parents present. Parents are responsible for their children and must be prepared to modify their WOD as needed so as to be able to monitor or assist their child.**
