We never want a "what if?" moment to happen but better to be prepared and confident if it does! Join us for a fun, hands-on Womens-only self defense class designed to boost confidence and give you some practical strategies to de-escalate a threat. The course is completely FREE to Aspire Members and guests. Hope to see you there! IMPORTANT: Please wear close-fitting, comfortable clothing and hair tied back if applicable. Course is completely barefoot so plan accordingly.
